Starting this week, we present this 15-chapter serial from Columbia Pictures in 1941, Holt of the Secret Service. In this one, Secret Service agent Jack Holt, along with his partner, agent R49, are sent to stop a gang of counterfeiters that have kidnapped the government's best engraver and are forcing him to print funny money.

This serial stars Jack Holt in the title role along with Evelyn Brent, Montague Shaw, Tristram Coffin, John Ward, Ted Adams, Joe McGuinn, Edward Hearn, Ray Parsons, and Jack Cheatham. With original screen play by Basil Dickey, George Plympton, and Wyndham Gittens, this serial is directed by James W. Horne.
