Riders End Four-Game Losing Streak By Knocking Off Bombers

At Regina, Saskatchewan:


In Ken Miller's first game back as their head coach (he replaced the fired Greg Marshall), the Saskatchewan Roughriders (2-7) defeated the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (7-2) 27-7 at home on Sunday in Canadian Football League action.  Coach Miller had guided the 'Riders to the last two Grey Cup finals.  Saskatchewan ended its' four-game losing streak by ending the Bombers' five-match winning run.  Quarterback Darian Durant threw for three touchdowns, two of them to Chris Getzlaf.
