It's Chef Boyardee! Unlike Betty Crocker, Chef Boyardee was not a fictitious advertising icon, but a real chef. Hector Boiardi came to the US as a teenager, became chef of a hotel in Cleveland, then opened a restaurant where his spaghetti recipe became famous. Here's a 1953 television commercial with the Chef.
