2010 World Series: Madison Proves To Be No Bum As He Garners Six Strikeouts In Eight Shutout Innings With Giants One Win Away From First WS Title Since '54

At Arlington, Texas:






Madison Bumgarner (above) pitched eight shutout innings, while Aubrey Huff hit a two-run homer in the third inning as the San Francisco Giants blanked the Texas Rangers 4-0 Sunday in the fourth game of the World Series.  The Giants, with a win on Monday, would clinch their first World Series title since 1954, when they were still based in New York.
