At Oklahoma City:
Ali Farokhmanesh hit the game-winning three-point bucket with 4. 9 seconds remaining as #9 Northern Iowa knocked off #8 UNLV.
After a slow start, top seeded Kansas pulled away from #16 Lehigh, winning 90-74. Marcus Morris had 26 points and 10 rebounds for the Jayhawks.
At Providence, Rhode Island:
Armon Bassett scored 32 points as #14-seeded Ohio knocked off #3 Georgetown 97-83. It was the Bobcats' first NCAA tournament win since 1983.
Melvin Goins hit his fourth three-point basket with 19 seconds remaining as #6 Tennessee held off #11 San Diego State 62-59.
