Stanley Cup Playoffs: Habs and Flyers Stay Alive

Two games took place on Monday as the Stanley Cup Playoffs continued.

EASTERN CONFERENCE:

At Montreal:

Mike Cammalleri scored twice as the Montreal Canadiens defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins 4-3 at home in game six of their conference semifinal series.  The series, now deadlocked at three games apiece, will be decided in game seven Wednesday night in Pittsburgh.

At Boston:

Simon Gagne scored twice (once on the power play) and goalies Brian Boucher (who was injured during the contest) and Michael Leighton combined to stop all 23 shots as the Philadelphia Flyers defeated the Boston Bruins 4-0 on the road in game five to cut the Bruins' advantage to three games to two.  Game six will take place in Philadelphia on Wednesday night.
