NBA Playoffs: Spurs Rally To Top Thunder In West Finals Opener

At San Antonio:

Manu Ginobili scored 26 points off the bench while Tony Parker added 18 and Tim Duncan 16 (to go with his 11 rebounds) as the San Antonio Spurs outscored the visiting Oklahoma City Thunder 39-27 in the fourth quarter en route to a 101-98 victory in the opening game of the NBA's Western Conference Finals on Sunday.  Kevin Durant scored 27 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the Thunder.  The Spurs have won nine straight games to open the playoffs (the first team to do so since the 2001 Los Angeles Lakers, who started with an eleven-game winning streak en route to the second of their three straight NBA titles) and 19 straight overall.  The series will resume on Tuesday night in San Antonio.
