Stanley Cup Playoffs: Devils Blow Three-Goal Lead, Then Pull Out Road Win Over Rangers For 3-2 Series Lead

Ryan Carter scored the winning goal with 4:24 remaining in the third period as the New Jersey Devils, after blowing a three-goal first-period lead, still topped the New York Rangers 5-3 on the road in game five of the Eastern Conference finals as the Stanley Cup Playoffs continued on Wednesday.  The Devils can lock up their first conference title since 2003 with a game-six victory at home on Friday night at Newark.
