2011 World Series: Big Albert's Round-Tripper Hat Trick Helps Cards Squash Rangers To Take 2-1 Series Lead

At Arlington, Texas:

Albert Pujols

A five-hit for Albert Pujols (shown here), including three home runs enabled the St. Louis Cardinals (who scored in seven of the nine innings) to overpower the home-standing Texas Rangers 16-7 to take a two-games-to-one World Series lead on Saturday night.  Big Albert became the first player since Reggie Jackson in 1977 to hit three homers in one WS game.
