American League Championship Series: Tigers Avoid Elimination And Send Series Back To Texas

At Detroit:


Delmon Young hit two home runs as the Detroit Tigers outlasted the visiting Texas Rangers 7-5 in game four of the American League Championship Series on Thursday to cut the Rangers' advantage to three games to two.  The Rangers can still wrap up the American League pennant with a game-six win on Saturday back home at Arlington, Texas.
