NLCS: Giants Dominate Cards, Gain First Postseason Home Win, Level Series At One Game Apiece

At San Francisco:

Ryan Vogelsong pitched seven innings of four-hit ball, while Angel Pagan hit a home run, and Marco Scutaro (who was blindsided at second base in the first inning Matt Holliday's hard slide) hit a two-run single during a four-run fourth inning as the San Francisco Giants squared the National League Championship Series at a game apiece on Monday night with their first home postseason victory, a 7-1 beatdown of the St. Louis Cardinals in game two.

The series resumes in St. Louis for the first of three games there starting on Wednesday.
