NBA Playoffs: LeBron Paces Cavs Over Bulls; Wounded Jazz Even Series

The NBA Playoffs continued with two Monday contests.

EASTERN CONFERENCE:

At Cleveland:

LeBron James scored 40 points as the Cleveland Cavaliers downed the Chicago Bulls 112-102 at home to take a two-games-to-none advantage in their best-of-seven conference quarterfinal series.

WESTERN CONFERENCE:

Deron Williams scored 33 points and had 14 assists, and Carlos Boozer added 20 points and 15 rebounds as the injury-plagued Utah Jazz seized the home-court advantage as they evened, at one game apiece,  their opening-round series with the Denver Nuggets with a 114-111 road win in game two.
